We booked this property to gather our family for my dad's celebration of life weekend of events. There were 14 of us, and we were all comfortable overall. The rooms were a little hot at night, but we spent most of our hang-out time on the lower level, both indoors & outdoors. And the outdoor space is spectacular! The house is quirky, but lovable; my nephew called it "magical"!The available activities are plentiful (we didn't even have time to sit at the fire pit, let alone play all the games). Basketball and the pool were the big hits. The whole-house Sonos system was a breeze to connect to & use. Cooking/grilling/serving a big family was easy with plenty of dishware (we actually could have used more large serving bowls & cooking utensils, like another spatula & spoons). And the house comes with two dishwashers, two sets of laundry washers/dryers, and plenty of supplies for guest use. An extra box of tissue here-and-there was our biggest "complaint", but the host provides nearly everything else - even a lovely & large welcome gift basket!A few drawbacks that aren't deal-breakers, but are worth being aware of: The upstairs bunkroom is for youths (not our 6' college-aged and older sons). The bedroom with the wicker headboard & crib doesn't have a closet (challenging for dressy attire). And these two bedrooms, plus the green striped wallpaper room all share one hallway bathroom - a little small to serve 8 bodies.The host's communication was stellar! 10/10 reserve again!
