Upon entry you are greeted by the impressive ocean views through the wall of windows. We've designed it to feel like a home away from home. This fantastic huge vacation home can comfortably house up to 8 guests. We've customized our place with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

The Space:
Our 3-bedroom residence invites you to indulge in awe-inspiring vistas of the ocean and mountains, creating an idyllic retreat for families and groups alike. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by an impressive panorama of the sea through a grand expanse of windows. Immerse yourself in the elegance of the main level, adorned with beautiful hardwood floors and boasting three bedrooms and two full baths. With your utmost satisfaction in mind, we have meticulously tailored our space to provide unparalleled comfort and enjoyment.

Situated in a prime location, you'll enjoy convenient access to a plethora of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, allowing you to revel in the breathtaking beauty of nature while relishing a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. Our unwavering commitment to cleanliness ensures a sanitized environment, guaranteeing your safety and augmenting your overall experience.

Important note: The guests will have exclusive access to the entire UPPER main floor of the house. Additionally, the access to the house backyard is shared with the other tenants who live on the basement floor.

The balcony features an outdoor fire pit, providing an ideal setting for evening relaxation and enjoying the nighttime view.

A living room with a comfortable sofa set and a television is perfect for indoor relaxation, enjoying a cup of coffee, reading books, or watching movies. Sliding glass doors seamlessly lead to the deck, where you can bask in the morning sun and observe the daily marine activity. Please be aware that the indoor fireplace situated in the living room is purely decorative and non-functional.

Comfortable and clean kitchen perfect for meal preparations is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove with electric oven, electric kettle for hot water, and an over-the-range microwave for heating food. It includes complete cooking and dining wares for daily use, as well as a dishwasher.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the upper space and will not be going to share this with any other guests.
Access to the suite's Instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.

Important note:
1. There are other tenants living on the lower level of the house.
2. The access to the backyard is shared with the lower ground tenants

When it comes to transportation, you'll find several convenient options available. If you prefer public transportation, there are bus stops within walking distance from our property. The well-connected bus routes will take you to various destinations in Nanaimo, including the downtown area, waterfront, and other key points of interest. This is particularly handy if you're looking to explore the city without worrying about parking or navigating through traffic.

For those who prefer driving, you'll appreciate the proximity to major roads and highways. The Trans-Canada Highway and Island Highway are easily accessible from our location, allowing for smooth travel to and from our Airbnb. Whether you're planning to visit nearby towns or explore the natural beauty of the region, you'll find convenient connections just a short drive away.

If you enjoy walking or cycling, our neighborhood offers pedestrian-friendly streets and bike lanes. You can easily reach Woodgrove Centre, Walmart, Costco, and various other grocery stores and restaurants on foot. Take a leisurely stroll or hop on a bike to conveniently access all your shopping and dining needs.

Lastly, if you're planning to embark on island-hopping adventures or enjoy a scenic ferry ride, the ferry terminal is also nearby. You can easily reach it by car or public transportation, allowing you to explore the stunning surrounding islands and coastal areas.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. 1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.

Mold in the cereal bowls..
I will start off with the good things about this property. The view was spectacular. It is as pictured. The beds were also very comfortable. Now the not so good stuff... check in was an issue the code sent to me was incorrect and cell service in the area was very poor. I finally got a hold of the Restavio company managing the property and they sent me a new passcode. Then we were unable to get the Wifi to work. I spent a little time on this with a back and forth with Edward from Restavio. Unfortunately we were never able to get it going. The message from Edward was it will be another week or so till they would be able to fix it. The two front burners on the stovetop were also NOT working. Mold around window sills in bathrooms. I have stayed in a few VRBO's and by far this was the worst experience I have had due to no Wifi and lack of cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen appliances. Oh and yeh we opened a kitchen cupboard to find 3 cereal bowls that were never washed for I don't know how long. All three were growing mold!!!!! One more thing, the driveway is extremely steep and narrow , it would definitely be hard to navigate in the winter. We did ask for some sort of discount based on the above issues, but none was given. We will not be renting this place again.
