Pup-friendly PierView Condo with Incredible Views! Summary: Enjoy this dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Shore Havin' Fun! is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer! This is a second floor (technically third, as there is pull-under parking), updated, oceanfront condo with two bedrooms, and two baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive! Take in the breathtaking ocean views, enjoy magnificent sunrises, and soak in all the sights and sounds of ocean living while sipping your morning coffee on your spacious, 24' x 6' balcony. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen SMART TVs, and beautiful deck furniture round out the features that will make this condo a stylish, inviting and comfortable home away from home. Other property features include: cable, WiFi, direct beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season) and children's playground area. Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building. Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-serve basis. Shore Havin' Fun! is centrally located to many great local attractions including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more are also close by. There is a two-dog maximum, we can not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date. Everything was just as the listing described and the location was fantastic-close to everything but literally on the ocean. So easy to check in, everything we needed was provided and the hosts were very helpful with all of my questions. We loved our stay right before the busy season-most things were just opening up and the weather was high 70s to low 60s. Every morning we sat out on our back deck with our coffee and watched the pink glow of the sunrise, catch up on a neglected paperback novel, then watched the pelicans, gulls and geese fly along the shoreline. Loved that we could see it also from our bedroom! We walked on the beach with our dog and went out to eat seafood in the evenings--there are a lot of nice places to dine in Nags Head. Next time we'd like to come in May or June when the water's a bit warmer, but this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. ##### Scott F. It was super clean, cozy and comfortable for those chilly days or nights that we wanted to just relax. When we wanted to go out it was close to all the restaurants we needed. This was our pups first time at the beach and she loved it. She also loved relaxing by the fire place. Coffee with a blanket on the balcony was a great start to the day. I loved my morning coffee on the balcony watching the ocean, birds and dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking items I needed. The towels and linens were extremely minimal. In fact, we were only given towels for 4 people when there were 5 of us. We just used one beach towel as a bath towel. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. ##### Jessica P. Condo is two bedroom, two bath with master suite facing the ocean. This unit has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and is on the second level, the ground floor is pull-under parking. WiFi is fast and stable. Roku TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms. This unit is pup-friendly and our lab enjoyed as much as we did. There are great restaurants, groceries, etc. all very close by. It did snow for the first time since 2017 at the Outer Banks. Seeing snow on the beach was quiet interesting! ##### Brad M. We had an awesome OBX experience during our stay. Saw turtles hatch, dolphins swimming, amazing sunrises, surfing competition right within our vicinity. We even survived the winds and waves brought on by Idalia! Only complaint is that there is no elevator. That’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars overall. Can actually see porpoise in the ocean from the balcony. Our pup enjoyed the balcony and watching birds and other dogs on the beach. Bed was comfortable and furniture was nice. Location is great. Not in the congested area's of the OBX, but not far from anything. The only negative I can come up with is the flights of stairs to reach the unit. If you have trouble climbing stairs it would be a problem. There is a luggage lift available though. ##### Evan F.
