If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. It was super clean, especially for being all white furniture May just rank as cleanest rental we have rented. Location was superb. In cul De sac with privacy from neighbors. Location was close to eateries and shopping. Only issue we had was getting dishwasher to start but figured it out eventually. Location was perfect - right below Jockey's Ridge State Park and right above hospital and shopping. We used the community pool one day and that was clean. It is an extra fee as disclosed in the listing. Enjoyed sitting outside on the deck in the morning with my coffee and in the evening to watch the sun set. Best part of house was the dock outside the kids used for fishing.
