Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2, and 1 golf cart (or 1 car)- 3 vehicles total. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community.
