This 2 bedroom luxury unit on the 18th floor has fantastic, unobstructed views down the south coastline as far as the eye can see. 2 balconies, granite counters, upgraded furnishings and oceanfront master bedroom. Large indoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, Fitness Room and splash deck. Located on the fabulous boardwalk and close to all Myrtle Beach attractions. Start your mornings off at Starbucks on the ground floor! Just a few steps to the blue Atlantic! Free shuttle to all attractions! We regret to inform you that animals, including pets and service animals, are not permitted on our property. Should we find that this policy has been violated, the reservation will be canceled immediately, a deep cleaning fee of $100 will be charged and there will be no refund for the remaining days of the stay. Guests are strictly prohibited from throwing any items off the balcony at any time during their stay. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the unit and a fine of $250\. The bathroom had the smell of urine. I use vrbo on regularly and never had this happen. I won't be booking with this owner again; please stay far away from this property. Fantastic view. A fair price, especially for a 2 bedroom unit. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The lazy river and pool were smaller than expected but still suited our needs. Close to the beach and right on the boardwalk. Lots of places to eat and things to see and do within walking distance. 2 piers close by also. Pam (housekeeping/contact) was great and helped us right away with the few things we needed. I took my family this past weekend for a little get away. Things couldn’t have gone better. We arrived a little early and the host was gracious enough to allow us in early. A few minutes walk and you were at the Skywheel, shopping and restaurants. But the real reason this is a great place to stay is the view from the 18th floor. Wow amazing. Very peaceful sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crash. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to move around and not be on top of each other. The owner is quick to respond to any question you might have. ##### Christopher K.
