  • Ce magnifique condo 2bd / 2ba a été entièrement rénové avec des améliorations haut de gamme et un mobilier de luxe. Profitez de tout le confort de la maison dans cet élégant condo à la plage. Cette unité peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes avec 1 lit king dans la chambre principale et 1 lit queen dans la 2e chambre.

    Ce condo au 8ème étage est dans un immeuble en copropriété de grande hauteur principalement occupé par le propriétaire dans la section Arcadian Dunes de Myrtle Beach. Cette unité magnifiquement rénovée a des salles de bains carrelées, une cuisine mise à jour et des comptoirs en granit partout. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une salle de bain attenante et d'un accès au balcon.

    Maisons-Sur-Mer est l'un des immeubles en copropriété les plus prestigieux et privés de Myrtle Beach. What a great location at the Premier Property on Shore Drive, Maisons Sur Mer! Host provides everything you will need. Room is clean and updated. North Beach Realty did an excellent job with communication for check in and check out. Would not hesitate to book again.

We live staying at Maison Sur Met! The condos are substantial, roomy, and often have multiple balconies. The updates in this condo were beautiful and it was a great week to go as far as light traffic. Will book again!

Peaceful and relaxing.

Absolutely beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Adequate spacious room for our entire family. The only thing that I would do is clean under the couch cushions (Our daughter dropped an earring. When we lifted the cushions there were lots of food crumbs, which I did not expect to see). Loved the feeling of safety on the property. Very well kept and friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful vacation

The property was just as described by VRBO. We have stayed at the Maisons for several years. The check in process was very quick and easy. We had an issue with the master bedroom and the rental company responded immediately!! The kitchen is furnished well!! The property as usual is immaculate and well secured!!

Mrytle Beach First Timers

This was our first time in Mrytle Beach and we really enjoyed it. There is plenty to do there. Having a place right on the beach was great. Condo was comfortable and nicely equipped. We had everything we needed. A few improvements I would suggest. Change the shower head in the second bathroom, it’s a rain head and the water pressure is too weak, my son ended up showering in our bathroom. The second would be check the outlets, some I couldn’t plug into and some were loose in the wall. The staff at the building were very nice and helpful. We would stay at this building again. It’s close to the attractions without having to deal with the congestion of it.

Maisons Sur Mer Is located right on the beach with an amazing pool, wonderful food, fun, entertainment, and is only steps from the beach. It is also a secure location so you don’t have to worry about people wandering on the property uninvited. we visit there every year for our family reunion and absolutely love it!

Got yelled at with a couple "F" bombs thrown at my wife and I!?? Total idiot. All because I backed my SUV into a space. Worried about $3K in golf equipment, so I back it against the wall. Didn't go over well with 2nd floor guy. Didn't realize we were breaking a "RULE" at the time. Yes, we saw the signs after.

Spacious, well appointed space but building overall dated

The particular unit we rented, was clean, spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed and worked well. The building overall seems very dated and has many restrictions. One example is that you can't take luggage carts thru the lobby so you have to go to the Garage/basement/lower level. Problem with that is the access is restricted to owners with barcode passes. You can ask at the front desk for access then drive around, hope they recognize you and they will let you in. Too restrictive. Building Interior, while clean, does show some wear and is very dated

Great property and location

Great location and property. The only downside was having to drive to North Beach Realty for both check in and check out, which prolongs the process due to heavy traffic to and from that office. It would be fantastic is there was a lock box on site to check in and check out.
