This 3 bedroom, 2 bath second floor (stairs only, NO elevator) unit is located on the spectacular 17th green of the True Blue Golf Course in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. You can end your day of golf, shopping, sightseeing or beachcombing on the screened balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course. Smart TV in the living area and TVs in all bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit and all linens. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, master bath and walk in closet with access to the balcony. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a king bed. True Blue features an award winning golf course as well as shared pools, hot tubs and tennis courts.

This 3 bedroom condo is on the second floor with stair only access. The parking in True Blue is restricted, work vehicles with tools or racks, trailers, RVs and motorcycles are prohibited from overnight parking.

Pawleys Island is a seaside community with excellent local shopping and restaurants. You are within 10 minutes drive of the beach and fishing. Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are within 15 minutes. Conveniently located between Historic Georgetown to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north.

True Blue is located west of Hwy 17 which puts us about a 10 minute drive from the beaches. The closest beach is far beyond walking distance. There are several pools on property with one pool about a 200 meters walk.
