Accueil souriant, installation dans notre chambre de taille suffisante. Salle de bain propre, eau chaude accessible immédiatement. Emplacement de l'hôtel à 15 mètres de la Plaza de Armas. Des taxis stationnent au pied de l'hôtel + de nombreux tours sont au départ de la Plaza de Armas : pratique pour se balader et découvrir Lima. »

« Bon accueil. Hotel propre en revanche aucune ouverture sur l'extérieur pour avoir un peu d'air il faut laisser la fenêtre ouverte qui donne dans un couloir et la vous entendez le voisin ronfler !!!!! De plus la pile de l'alarme anti fumée etait usée donc un bipe toutes les 30 secondes. A l'intérieur de la chambre ventilateur et bouteille d'eau prevus etaient absents etouffant. Petit dejeuner à la demande en réalité pas de petit petit déjeuner. Vraiment decevant. Rien ne correspondait du...

« First of all, ALL of Lima is loud and dirty so expect some kind of a reflection of that fact in any budget hotel in Lima. It is part of the experience. That given and compared to EVERY other hotel I identified in Lima on Expedia or on foot Hotel Maxys Grau was the best value for the cost. Lima is EXPENSIVE too, unlike Colombia that I have more acclimated to. Everything cost more here than in Colombia or Mexico, so expect to pay more for the same luxuries. The staff here is VERY friendly and...

« Have to improving in the rooms . Need list one chair in the room . No heat water/ the toilet clogs all time even with no paper in the toilet. They charge for everything stains in all blanks / sheets so put chair in the room. People can’t lying down all the time . Air condition is a plus .Staff trying the best to accommodate but with adjustments can be really good hotel . Staff is good. Place with lot noise outside so the best improve is the windows so can block all noises from outside . »

« La gentillesse du personnel de chambres et de la receptionniste de nuit est remarquable. L hotel sent l humidité tres tres fort et la peinture des murs decolle. Les fenetres sont peu de qualité alors on entends le traffic de la rue en tout temps. Ils sont gentils mais n ont rien offert pour compenser mon dejeuner inclus que j allais manquer vu mon vol avant. J ai demandé un fruit ou un café et ils n ont pas accepté. »

"La personne à la réception est très désagréable, le petit déjeuner pas bon (pain sec avec un peu de beurre, boisson chaude, jus de fruit et aucun choix!), la température de la douche est impossible à régler, soit on s'ébouillante soit l'eau est glacée. En positif, l'hôtel est bien situé, la literie est confortable et il y a des rideaux occultants, ce qui est rare au Pérou."
