"Nothing to like in this hotel, the front desk said there is an early check in for an additional $35 then, later on, she said her manager said they do not have rooms available so I ask to refund the $35 but she cancelled our reservation. She put it back but at their rate not the rate in expedia without telling us. The manager said he will refund the difference, I saw the refund on a processing status on my bank account during our stay but when we checked out, what was posted is the original price of the hotel and the refund is gone. No room service, I need to pick up the towel and the conditioner at the front desk so, what is it to like in this hotel? If there’s -0 rating that will be the rating, terrible than terrible"

"The woman at the desk was kind and helpful. The lobby was well kept, and they made good effort to keep property maintained and fresh clean up. Room was basically good deal and bed comfortable, no apparent bed bugs and fresh linens. Floors very dirty. Most concerning were the tao cars with people sleeping in their cars outside rooms right in front of and next to my room. It made me concerned for my safety and I had to wait outside the lobby at 4 am for the airport shuttle. Probably need an all night watch."

"Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel did not meet expectations. While the property is not particularly old, it falls short of delivering a modern and well-maintained experience. During my 4-day/3-night stay, my room was never serviced; there was no housekeeping, no bed-making, and only once were clean towels provided. The room included two dressers; however, both were in poor condition, with drawers that would not stay closed due to worn-out runners. Breakfast offerings were very limited, both in variety and quantity. Although there are signs indicating that the hotel is undergoing renovations (with construction materials and flooring visible in common areas) it still has a long way to go before it can be considered modern. For example, the room lacked basic amenities such as USB ports, a safe, and closet doors. Overall, my stay was poorly acceptable; the mattresses were comfortable, and the linens were clean. However, it is not a property I would choose to return to."

"For an American breakfast it was good. Disappointing on 2nd day with no bacon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle was helpful. Bar staff were on the ball and an excellent evening meal had"

"The floors were uneven. The breakfast was horrible. The shuttle was horrible. If you did not tell them what time you have to be ant the airport even if you had a delay they still would not take you. Just somewhere to stay for less than 24 hours."

"Overall okay for the price. Did not feel safe in the parking lot. No breakfast though there was a sign in the lobby with breakfast times. Room was clean but property was not kept well."

"The hotel had a terrible smell, from the lobby to the elevators and in the room. I had to go buy room spray for my stay. It didn't do much to mask the smell."
