"Room was inviting and very clean with a very comfortable bed. The only glitch was we were charged a $1 fee and then a $25 fee to cover any incidentals that we might have incurred during our overnight stay. It took nearly a week to have the $1 and $25 charge removed from our credit card statement. I think it would have been fine for the hotel to retain my credit card number until we checked out and the room was cleaned, but I don't think the card should have been charged at all, unless there were incidentals, and then after we checked out."

"This is a wonderful apartment! I was impressed with how spacious it is; there were plenty of handy places to put our stuff, including the white benches in the bedroom (great for leaving our suitcases open) and the console table in the bathroom, which allowed us to keep the counter by the sink clear. The bed was comfortable and the nightstands were large (a plus for all the things I like to keep bedside). The kitchen is very well-appointed. The shower is Ah-mazing! There are lots of outlets and a fabulous view from the backyard, and Jackie is very welcoming and accommodating.A few things to note: the laundry is in Jackie's home, not in the unit, which I missed when I booked. She's very flexible about scheduling time to use the laundry facilities, though. The light switches could use labels, since some of the light switch banks contain 3 or 4 switches (not a big deal, more of a would-be-nice). Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
