  • Cette belle maison de la plage de la Caroline peut accueillir 15 personnes. Il comprend 5BR, 4. 5 BA, une vaste terrasse, salle de loisirs et de stationnement hors rue pour 5 voitures. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût dans un décor "Beachy" pour fournir le locataire avec une sensation instantanée pour une atmosphère de vacances de plage.

    Nous incluons des équipements bien pensés tels que les voiturettes de golf (2), bicyclettes (7), une salle de loisirs avec une télévision, ipod gare, ping-pong et jeu de palets. Des serviettes de plage (15), des chaises de plage (10) et des jeux de plage et des planches de surf sont également inclus.

    Un court trajet à la plage de voiturettes de golf au sein de la communauté vous amène à une aire de stationnement protégé à la plage. Le Conch Restauarant est situé sur la plage et comprend une terrasse extérieure, avec de belles vues de la plage et l'océan.

    La plage est pas la seule expérience de vacances incroyable, vous pouvez profiter de la location de notre maison. Les cours de golf au sein d'un lecteur de 20 minutes sont parmi les meilleurs dans la région de Myrtle Beach. Beaucoup sont finement manucurées des anciennes plantations de riz qui étaient prevelent dans ce domaine par rapport aux années passées. La zone environnante Myrtle Beach contient plus de 100 terrains de golf de toutes les gammes de prix au sein d'un lecteur de 45 minutes.

    Si le golf est pas votre intérêt ou si vous voulez faire l'expérience de la combinaison de la cuisine raffinée et décontractée, activités de loisirs aquatiques, ou la pêche sportive puis Murrells Inlet est un court de 15 minutes de route au sud. Je vous invite fortement à visiter cette région.

    Situé à seulement 15 minutes en voiture au nord est Broadway at the Beach. Ceci et d'autres zones dans un rayon d'entraînement de 10 minutes comprend des possibilités pour parcs aquatiques, centres de sortie, soupers, boîtes de nuit, et des spectacles de divertissement.

This property was beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out, while still providing areas to come together and eat or play games as a family. The house was equipped with every thing we needed. The golf carts and bicycles were a nice bonus. We would definitely recommend to anyone else wanting a beach get away.

The property worked great for our family group of 3 adults with 5 children ages 5-9 years old. It was clean and supplied well with kitchen supplies, towels etc. In addition the host has beach supplies available and the 2 golf carts were very useful. The kids loved the outdoor pool area and the beach was a short distance away by golf cart. Overall a great experience and a great area convenient to everything!

Fantastic stay

Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped for short or long stay, and the beach is so close! Tony was a great host. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Overall we had a great vacation! The bones of the house are perfect for a large group, along with the golf carts and beach supplies that were available to use. It made a beach trip that much easier. The pool and splash pad were perfect for our kids ages and very fun for the adults as well. Tony was an excellent host!! Very available and attentive. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Check in and out were super easy! Only reason for 4 stars is it could use a little updating. But we would also come back too!

Beautiful Home

Family vacation

Very nice house and plenty of room for 13 people. The golf carts were a great addition and made beach days much easier. Loved the neighborhood pool and kiddie area as well. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Annual family vacation

Enjoyed everything about this property. Lots of room, clean, beautiful, fully stocked kitchens, two golf carts, bikes and everything you needed was provided! All we had to bring were our clothes and bathing suits! We have been staying at Oceanside Village for several years now, love the community itself and this home did not disappoint!

We made the right choice

We booked this property last minute and we were not disappointed. The house was loaded with great amenities including golf carts that we were able to drive right to the beach. Tons of fun inside the house and in the nearby area. Will definitely be back to this house with more friends! Tony the owner is great!

Family/friend summer vacation

The place was very clean and had nice amenities like the 2 golf carts and bikes to ride. We enjoyed the beach chairs and towels provided so we did not have to pack them . The bedrooms were nice . For our teenagers the bunk bed room was a little small so probably more for smaller children. Oceanside is a nice family neighborhood

Great place for multi family

We had three families of friends, all with teenage boys. The game room in the garage is a perfect hangout space. All families had great sleeping spaces (king beds in 3 rooms!), so could retreat for quiet times but also plenty of spaces to congregate and enjoy each others company. Tony is a very conscientious host. We would definitely stay there again. The house is top notch!

Last days of summer.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was exactly as described and was easy to get around the neighborhood. The owner, Tony was quick to respond to any of our questions. He gave us great recommendations too. The house was very comfortable and the kids enjoyed having their own space to spread out away from the parents! This was a last minute trip, so we only stayed 3 nights, but we made the most of our time there. It was nice to have so much within a short distance to the house. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Staying in the penthouse

I have only the most excellent superlatives for our week at Tony Roncase's home on Georges Bay in Oceanside Village. The home is beautiful, well maintained, AND spacious (we had 3 adult families, including 5 children under the age of 11)! The amenities were as advertised. If I had any questions/concerns, Tony was quick to respond and "handle" my concerns. I'm not sure how one could find a better place to stay in South Carolina!

Great property but

Great property with plenty of space for our family group of ten, but the beds on the main level are in need of replacement. We found provided the towels and linens lacking on quality and quantity. The included golf carts are a big plus and necessary for the distance to the beach. Parking is a bit limited at the gated community beach parking lot. The location is convenient to plenty of options for eating and supplies. The house is located in a very nice part of the community.

Very attentive owner

The owner of the home was very responsive and replied fast every time we had a question. He was excellent at being attentive and easy to work with. We had trouble getting in the lower door and he helped get us in right away. The house had a nice ping pong and shuffleboard table which was helpful with the rain we experienced our week. Plenty of space for our party of 9, good size house.

The house was amazing and came with everything you could need; tons of space, games to play with the family, bikes, golf carts, and grill. The only obstacle we found was not everything was included(you have to buy a beach pass, tennis court pass, fitness center pass if you want to use those amenities). Outside of that, you are minutes to anything you'd like to do. The owner is readily available to answer questions. I would definitely rent this property again.

Fabulous house

This is a well kept spacious house close to the beach in a gated community. An unusual bonus was the availability of two electric golf carts and seven bicycles. The teenagers had more fun cruising around in the golf carts than anything. And after three years consecutively of renting other places that claimed to have a ping-pong table, this house actually has one! The only complaints I made that have are the exorbitant price of the fitness club; and the ocean was pretty rough while we were there. But overall we were delighted with this house.

Excellent and loved stay

We loved our stay! We’ve stayed numerous times in this housing community and we love every visit we have. Ron’s house was immaculate and exactly what we expected. We had 9 folks with us and we had lots of room to spread out! Every bedroom as nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchens were both well stocked. We absolutely loved the shuffleboard and ping-pong tables in the garage! We spent lots of time enjoying the recreation room since the weather was rainy for most of our stay. We highly recommend this property. We hope to return in the fall. Ron did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the booking process and during our stay. Summer vacation

We really enjoyed this property and the amenities offered. It came with access to two golf carts which provided easy access to the beach and the pool. Beach chairs and beach towels were available. The property was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was stocked, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to. We enjoyed the front porch with the rocking chairs. Communication with Tony was exceptional. His information packets were very helpful. He readily answered all of our questions and gave suggestions of things to do in the area as well as restaurants to try. You can tell he takes care of his property and wants his guests to enjoy their time there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Outstanding vacation!

My family of 11 had a great vacation while staying in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. The golf carts and location to the beach was very convenient and prevented us from having the hassle of loading up cars and finding parking. The home was very comfortable with each family having their own space and beds. I highly recommend this property and the host was very responsive throughout our time there. We look forward to our next vacation!
