« Excellent accommodations! This unit was perfect for my needs, and the host provided great communication and everything that I needed for my 2 night stay. Room was clean, private, and secure. The AC provided a very cool and comfortable environment during some hot days outside. Parking was right next to the unit (on grass, but a firm surface). There is a little private outdoor area for the unit with a couple chairs and table that was great for sitting outside on a nice evening. I would definitely...

« Great location, close enough to the beach to walk to without paying for beach parking. 5 blocks down the road and there is a public beach access. House was as described, 4 bedrooms were nice to spread out in and house had room for the whole family. House had all the amenities we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and house has keyless entry. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The house was very lovely and perfect for what I was looking for. The host was phenomenal, with regular contact and making sure everything was fine. When I had questions, the host responded promptly. It was clear that the host was eager to help the guests feel comfortable. Please note, I stayed during July 4th, so the host went above and beyond even during the holidays! My German shepherd loved the backyard. »

« The best perk for this property is the location. We were able to reach any area of Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach in a timely manner. The decor is extremely minimalist. It was nice having a garage. The water pressure is split between great pressure in the guest bedroom to minimal pressure on the master bath side. The owner was very attentive to our request when his towels had been taken. We received a prompt shipment from Amazon. Cleanliness was a slight issue. We were able to work it out and...
