En choisissant le Charkes Hotel je voulais le confort et le bon emplacement en même temps calme sécuritaire et proche de presque tout ce qu'on a besoin du centre ville , et après mon hébergement j'étais très satisfaite de mon choix que je refasse avec plaisir dans un autre séjour si cela est possible.

La chambre avec vue sur le jardin botanique est immense Le confort de la chambre est au top Le petit déjeuner est excellent Le restaurant présente un rapport qualité prix assez moyen, prévoir minimum 60€ par personne La piscine vaut le détour ainsi que l'espace spa Le personnel est à la hauteur de ce qu'on attend d'un hotel de ce standing Éviter les chambres qu'il se situent au-dessus du bar à un étage peu élevé, on entend la musique du bar comme si on y etait Le parking est cher 30€ la nuit

Tout était parfait. L'accueil a été très agréable, la prise en charge également. Il n'était pas très clair sur le site que l'enfant dormait dans le lit des parents si un lit supplémentaire n'avait pas été prévu. Le problème a été réglé rapidement.

Un hôtel parfait au centre de Munich
Rien à dire tout est parfait: l'emplacement face à un parc à 5 minutes à pied de l'hypercentre de Munich, chambre confortable, service excellent tout comme le petit déjeuner et le restaurant. Seul bémol le prix du parking 28€ par nuit qui est prohibitif et internet payant qui est un peu mesquin dans ce type d'hôtel

Excellent hotel trés bien situé (15 min à pied de la Marienplatz), avec personnel trés attentionné et disponible. Un service "haut de gamme". Chambre "De luxe" trés spacieuse,calme et trés belle vue sur jardin botanique. Salle de bain parfaite. Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet. Faites juste attention : tous les services gentiement proposés ne sont pas obligatoirement gratuits ... Nous rechercherons en priorité un "Rocco Forte" pour nos prochaines vacances !

The overall experience at this establishment was quite delightful, with a charming location and impeccable service that I would readily recommend to anyone. Upon entering our room, however, we encountered a minor hiccup as there was leftover food on the desk. A quick call to the front desk prompted an immediate and apologetic response. The staff was genuinely horrified and worked diligently to rectify the situation, providing a commendable effort to make up for the less-than-ideal welcome. While the staff's response was impressive, I did notice a lack of VIP access offers or room upgrade options during check-in. Despite having shortened our stay from two nights to one, we were assigned a classic room on the second floor with no notable view. Although I personally chose not to dwell on this, an upgrade with a better view would have been a welcomed enhancement to our experience. Nevertheless, the staff exhibited excellent training, contributing to an overall enjoyable short stay. My only qualm was the absence of any indication that this was a VIP access hotel, as no special offers were mentioned during check-in. It might be worthwhile for Expedia to cultivate stronger relationships with VIP access hotels to ensure that guests receive the anticipated special treatment that comes with such accommodations. Overall, a positive experience, but a more seamless integration of VIP perks would elevate the guest experience.

Service is inconsistent. I had to call 3 or 4 times every time I made a request, be it from Room Service, Laundry, Etc. I had an incident with a rude waitress at the restaurant and requested to speak to the manager. He never acknowledge my request and simply sent amenities to my room (as if that solves anything). Overall, the experience was so negative that I decided to leave three nights before the end of my planned stay. This hotel definitely does not conform to the standards that you would typically find in other Rocco Forte hotels. Terrible experience.
