"stayed at Studio 6 Deer Valley for about two weeks and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient for getting around the Deer Valley area, and I appreciated having a full kitchenette in the room — it made a long stay much more comfortable and affordable. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The property itself is fairly quiet, and I felt safe during my stay, which is important when you’re somewhere for more than just a night or two. Parking was easy, and the extended-stay setup worked well for my needs. The only downsides were that a few rooms in the building had issues with roaches, the vending machines were frequently out of order, and the laundry facilities are pretty expensive at $3.75 per wash and $3.75 per dry. Those are things management could definitely improve. Overall though, for the price and the convenience, it served its purpose well for my two-week stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed an extended stay option in the area."

"Perfect location for soccer tournament at reach 11 and close to hiking trails. Had plenty of space for our family, lots of thoughtful amenities from the hosts, great communication, and a relaxing backyard. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in phoenix!"
