« 14 family members spent the weekend at the home for a Birthday. Everyone was very pleased with the accommodations. The house was super clean and loaded with extras to make our stay especially enjoyable. Ample towels, kitchen supplies and condiments. The BlackStone grill was perfect for our meals including breakfast. Another stay is in the works. Yana our hostess was available for all the questions we’d asked. Lovely mini vacation. . »

« We stayed here while attending women’s retreat at nearby Christian Berets Retreat Center. So we didn’t get to enjoy our cabin time fully. But it was well stocked and had comfortable beds. The view of the stars from the deck was spectacular!! I would definitely stay here again. »

« The location was fantastic! And, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the grocery store and restaurants within 5-10 min. of the cottage. While it was quiet and comfortable for 2, if we had had our family, there was not really a place for people to sit inside and play board games or chat (although the island did have a pull-out). Communication with the owner was great; but, unless I missed something, we were required to either put down a very steep deposit or purchase insurance,...

« My family did not end up staying at this location. We arrived to find it infested by mice. There was mouse poop everywhere and dead mice in several traps. Mouse poop on the pillows and the kitchen cabinets drove us away. The only good aspect was that the property manager (not the owner) was willing to come and start cleaning. But it was too late. We had to scramble to a new location at the last minute. It was not a good experience. »

« We headed to the cabin the week before Fourth of July. The location is great. It’s just 10 minutes to Arnold where we spent most of our time hanging out at White Pines Lake. Although the kitchen is small, everything worked great in the cabin I would suggest if going up in the summertime to bring additional fans as the cabin did get warm in the late afternoon. It easily cooled off with some fans by 6 o’clock. The bedrooms themselves stayed cool. There are fans that were in the cabin, but it was...
