"Miss lead. Specifically asked about pool and was told it would be opened. Arrived and closed entire time we're booked. Have children on this vacation. I did not receive notification it was closed. Staff was dismissive and unapologetic. Said I could get a room somewhere else. Traveled along day to have to figure it out at a moments notice. Heat on room could've adjust. Same employee told me to wait he'd be up later to check out...was a switch on wall we found ourselves. Rooms are clean, breakfast great. Disappointed granddaughters on their first girls weekend. Checked out early. Different hotel. "

"The room was very clean! The A/C Unit wasn't used, but the heat was adequate for our cold temps. We didnt use the Gym. The staff was very helpful, but were unable to credit our 2nd night. We had an emergency funeral and we needed to leave one day sooner than planned."

"Older hotel but well maintained, staff is helpful and very friendly. Hays off to the lady who ran the buffet Easter weekend, she was incredible! Would definitely stay again!!"
