« This almost didn't happen because there was a storm that took the power out. But, fortunately, the power was on and we were able to have 2 nights there. It has so much character. It was clean and located close to the New River Gorge for us to commute back and forth. Tiffany was wonderful to communicate with us and she and Kevin gave a quick history lesson of the place. »

« Accurate description and pictures. The cabin was the perfect size for my husband, my two little dogs and myself. Very clean, and all the necessities for a short visit. Very easy to get into the cabin, no issues with using the tv/wifi or finding the cabin. Owner sent clear directions on going to cabin, getting into cabin, and recommendations in the area. Parking was steps away from the door, making it easy to unload our car. Friendly neighborhood dog that came to relax with me on the cute porch....

« The little house was exactly as described. It was very cute, spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and I’m picky about my bed! The train tracks are VERY close, but we enjoyed watching the trains go by. There were about 3 per night. The horns woke us but we were lulled back to sleep by the sound of the trains. The kitchen was well equipped but I suggest you bring your own spices if you plan to cook. The area is gorgeous and we were able to hike many trails throughout the park....

« Great location for home basefor hiking and sight seeing. The area was cleaning up after a storm when we arrived. Power out at places, no wifi, but all was eventually restored. Take a book, as if wifi is out, there is no tv. Cell service very spotty. However the home has what you need for a nice stay. Relax and disconnect! »
