« The house was great, we had 3 families stay there and there was something that everyone enjoyed. There was plenty of seating in the kitchen, living room and sun room to accommodate the large group we had. « Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. « We stayed one night for my daughter's 16 birthday. She did shopping and dinner in Skaneateles with friends, and then back to the property to hang out for the evening/night! There were 11 of us total and the house provided LOTS of room and choices for sleeping accommodations! Its a HUGE place with lots of room and easy access to Owasco Lake (right across street) or a short drive to Skaneateles! Its a fun property! »

« We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave. »

« We were the first guests of the season and our hosts were wonderful! The space is smallish and clean with a comfy bed and excellent a/c. It was just enough space for my husband and I. The apartment is right on the lake and has a fantastic view. Nothing is super close out there (as is the case with most of the Finger Lakes region), but there are some great restaurants in the nearby towns, beautiful state parks and tons of water activities. Highly recommend staying at Carmella and Rod's place! »
