« Notre sejour s’est bien passé dans l'ensemble malgré quelques détails déplaisants. Le penthouse que nous avons réservé manquait d'entretien général, les leds qui ne fonctionnent pas voir mal, du matériel détérioré dans la salle de bain, et les plaques chauffantes de la cuisine qui ne fonctionnent pas du tout. Autre détail les lumieres de la terrasse ne s'éteignent pas une fois la nuit tombée malgré notre demande à les éteindre. Le jaccuzi ne fonctionne pas en intégralité. La cloison avec le...

« Bon accueil chaleureux, Patron sympathique , personnel à l'écoute. Aucun problème de ce côté. Nous avons trouvé regrettable qu'il n'y ait même pas un petit frigo dans la chambre alors que nous sommes dans un pays tropical et amenés à boire à n'importe quelle heure. Le patron nous a dit que c'était normal vu le prix payé ou alors il aurait fallu réserver une chambre plus chère. Bon! incompréhension Vraiment dommage..Pour moi, c'est basique un frigo dans une chambre d'hôtel... »

« La chambre a été refaite il me semble mais la chambre est communiquante. La télé est mal placé dans la chambre à côté on entend tout. Le personnel se trouvant dans l'office parle fort le matin si la climatisation est éteinte car elle.un drole de bruit tu es réveillée en sursaut. Pas de cintres pour le linge »

« Avis très négatif : Hôtel à fuir ! Dès notre arrivée, on nous annonce que leur machine à carte bancaire ne fonctionne pas, alors que c’était notre unique moyen de paiement. Ils exigent en plus une caution en espèces de 100 € sans prévenir. J’ai dû refaire une réservation et payer en ligne pour pouvoir rester. Le pire arrive au check-out : ils ont gardé de l’argent de notre caution pour une chambre que nous n’avons jamais occupée ! C’est tout simplement du vol. Nous avons payé notre chambre,...
