I liked the cozy of it I like the location I liked the staff I didn’t like the parking we parked on the street rooms weren’t ready twice shower water pressure was very poor my wife couldn’t wash her hair I’m almost bald and also had a hard time

The perfect hotel for an overnight stay in beautiful Morro Bay! Rooms are small but renovated nicely, everything is clean and well kept. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to downtown and local restaurants and bars. Directly across the street is a fantastic local spot for an early morning breakfast before you start your day. The only downside is how thin the walls are, with this being an old hotel that has been renovated. Easy to hear conversations coming from the room next door. We have stayed multiple times, I would recommend asking for an upstairs room!

Newly renovated and right by the harbour. We got a great deal on the room and have no complaints. We enjoyed that we could easily walk to restaurants, and it was quiet and very comfortable.

Our first time staying here but not the last. The room was clean, well set up and very comfortable with lots of areas for our belongings. We appreciated the comfortable bed, ambient lights and cosy bedding. Parking was plenty and very convenient. It’s walkable to the wharf too!

VERY THIN WALLS!!! You can absolutely hear everything including just people talking in the room adjacent to yours, the vacuum going on in another room or people passing by in the hallway!! Rooms were very clean and well decorated, comfortable stay, just very very very thin walls. Also the sheets were all piled and rough so made sleeping on them uncomfortable. Also AC was loud, functional but loud. Great location and good for the price you pay
