« Nous avons été très déçu par le logement. Celui ci se trouve en bord de retour à l’extérieur du Big4 Tasman Holidays Park. Voici nos remarques : Le nettoyage de la hotte était à désirer puisque celle ci était extrêmement grasse. Le nettoyage de l’aspiration de l’humidité dans la salle était aussi à désirer puisque celle ci était pleine de poussière. En ce qui concerne le couchage, en cette saison (hiver), la literie est équipée de chauffe lit. Celui ne fonctionnait qu’à moitié puisque la...

« While the staff were very friendly and accommodating, my overall experience was disappointing. Upon collecting the keys, I walked into reception and was immediately met with a strong curry odor, which was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, my room was located right next to reception, and the smell had permeated the space, making it difficult for me and my fellow travelers to relax. I had to sleep with the window open, which meant dealing with noise from passing pedestrians, and my companions...

"Nous avons été très déçu par le logement. Celui ci se trouve en bord de retour à l’extérieur du Big4 Tasman Holidays Park. Voici nos remarques : Le nettoyage de la hotte était à désirer puisque celle ci était extrêmement grasse. Le nettoyage de l’aspiration de l’humidité dans la salle était aussi à désirer puisque celle ci était pleine de poussière. En ce qui concerne le couchage, en cette saison (hiver), la literie est équipée de chauffe lit. Celui ne fonctionnait qu’à moitié puisque la partie gauche du lit ne chauffait pas. Très désagréable. Et pour en finir, le produit pour faire la vaisselle à la main était absent. Quand je suis allée voir la réception, on m’a dit d’utiliser le détergent pour le sol ce qui n’était pas approprié au vue de ce qui était indiqué sur l’étiquette du produit. D’ailleurs un client présent à la réception à ce moment là est venu m’apporter du produit vaisselle. En conclusion au vue de la prestation, le prix du logement est bien trop élevé. "
