« The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
What we didn’t like was that the hot tub wasn’t available and the pool was cold. In fact, that whole end of the building, including the lobby was very chilly.
Breakfast was mostly gluten carbs, and no fresh fruit. »

Also, the tools used to clean out the drain were left in our bathroom. The hot tub was not working and was shut down. The carpet in our room had stains all over...

« My only complaint is that the pop machine on our floor was not stocked with the soda we needed and the one on the main floor was broken and didn't work at all. »
