« Really unique with an outstanding lake view. The sunset last night was simply stunning from room 1. Very nicely furnished and very clean. We enjoyed having breakfast sandwiches at the on site cafe. I suggest you supply cushions for the chairs on the balcony. My only criticism is the Murphy bed. It was very uncomfortable and I moved to the couch in the middle of the night. The Murphy beds would be fine for kids but not for guests who are 60+. The king bed was very comfortable. »

« The property is on Lake Superior with a woodland walking path, and has fun art inside and out. The food is healthy and delicious, all the staff are so helpful and the free programing is great. And, of course, Bayfield has a lot to offer, from national parks to great gift stores to a relaxed vibe. The ferry ride to Madeline Island is a lot of fun. And picking fruit on the orchards overlooking the city is a bonus. »

« We loved our time here for a few days this summer with the kids before the end of summer. The cabin was clean, plenty of room for 3 teens, 2 adults and 2 dogs. Anything you need for cookware, utensils, etc was there! Very well stocked! The lake was clean and we couldn’t keep the kids out of it, even on the day when the temps were a little chilly! The pontoon was great - we really enjoyed exploring the lake, swimming at the sandbar and fishing! We would rent here again, no question. »
