« Wonderful country setting. An older house that has been completely refurbished but retained its original charm. The kitchen and great room have windows all around so you can see the wildflowers and butterflies up close as well as the mountains in the distance. It’s easy to get to and you see no other residences from this house. It has a rooftop deck that’s wonderful as well. Plenty of space for my family, and it was incredibly clean when we arrived. »

« We had a great stay at the farmhouse at Peaks of Otter Winery in Bedford, VA! My husband & I needed rest and relaxation and the stay at Elmo's Rest farmhouse did not disappoint!! « This was the perfect home for a family gathering. Yes, the views are stunning! The house is very close to quaint Bedford and the D-Day Memorial. It is clean and well cared for. The extra amenities were appreciated and helpful. The gas fire pit was a nightly center point and the gas grill was immaculate and in excellent working condition. The hosts were gracious and very helpful. I enjoyed meeting this amazing couple and they were available to answer any questions. Absolute GEM! »
