Good location for overnight stop
Close to motorway. Secure parking. Friendly and informative reception staff. Clean room with well equiped kitchen. Well maintained. Comfortable bed, no noises effecting sleep. Breakfast buffet gave a reasonable choice of fresh food. Would use again.

It was ok. There were some obvious upgrades. It was fairly clean. Ok breakfast. McDonald’s, Subway and a grocery store across the street.

Difficult but OK
Checking in to this hotel was difficult. We came with our own car and eventually parked on the street and asked how do you find reception. I walked right past it on my long search as it has no signage and behind a security gate. The room that we stayed in was also behind a security gate at another building. The room was clean but only 2 very small pillows and I was unable to work out the airconditioner. No phone link to talk to the front counter and no instructions about anything upon check-in.

Nice hotel and good value
I stayed foir a business trip for 5 days and liked the comfort level of this hotel. Modern bathroom and nice to have some kitchen facilities.

Why don't hotels have inclusive prices?
This is a 'Ryanair' hotel - you pay for the room, anything else is extra (parking, wifi, breakfast). You can pick up food from the supermarket just across the road, and use the kitchenette in your apartment. 15 minutes from the beaches, and just a few minutes from the old town of Montpellier. Comfortable bed, and good shower. We had a little balcony with table and chairs. Hotel is on a busy road which our room overlooked, so there were noise issues. Overall good value for the price we paid.

We stayed for 3 nights as a nice break from camping on our cycle tour. The apartment was nice and spacious and even had a satellite sports channel that allowed me to watch my Wellington (nz) rugby team win their semi final (all the sports bars were closed at that hour).

El alojamiento está bien y limpio, el mantenimiento es algo deficiente y el baño tiene zonas con la madera destrozada. La ubicación del hotel no es la mejor para vistra el centro hay unos 40min andando y el barrio no tiene opciones para comer, además de tener pinta de abandonado

Dommage pour la qualité de propreté ! L'appartement n'a pas été nettoyé ! poils de chien partout sur la moquette, salle de bain sol pas lavé, lave vaisselle moisi à l'intérieur, et une odeur de refoulement horrible venant de la salle de bain. La tête de lit en simili cuir complétement déchirée et craquelée à tel point qu'il y en a sur les coussins Le point sur la vaisselle n'a absolument pas été réalisé. Même si je ne compte pas les couverts, nous avions 1 fourchette et 1 petite cuillère, rien d'autre! Peut-être un oubli et pas une habitude ? Au moins un petit rafraichissement rapide aurait été agréable. Les murs sont fins on entend tout. Mais bon, c'est un choix, donc le prix correspond parfaitement. Le personnel a été très accueillant et a essayé au mieux de remédier à cet inconfort. J'y reviendrai certainement .

Double facturation d entrée jeu .. 3 jours pour pouvoir récupérer le coup. Surtout que le tarif facturé par l hôtel était moins cher que le montant payé lors de la resa sur hôtels.com Très mécontent

Ce qui est dommage c’est que vous ne fournissez pas un balai et une pelle au moins car il n’y a pas le ménage inclu donc je trouve ça dommage, de plus nous avons trouvé des cheveux sur la cuvette à notre arrive

D’habitude dans cette Hotel les choses ce passe bien mais durant ce séjour j’me suis tomber sur une chambre assez dégradée c’est pas forcément l’état des murs qui me gêner meme si il étais dégradé mais plus le matelas où on s’en les ressorts le meuble de la cuisine ou le tiroir ne tiens pas la meuble de la salle de bain qui tombe sur la façade avant et manquer des chaîne sur la télé de la chambre et pour finir j’ai payer un parking mais le portail ne marcher pas du coup j’ai payer pour rien aucune sécurité. Je trouve bien ça dommage car j’ai demandé à changé de chambre mais pas de nouvelle mais malgré ça le séjour étais agréable et d’habitude je n’ai pas à me plaindre.

Tres mauvaise communication concernant l'accès a l'entrée OVALIE 2. Première chambre attribuée fut une catastrophe car humide et sentait les egouts. Deuxième chambre attribuée sentait systématiquement les egouts après avoir pris une douche. DECEVANT

Propreté décevante. Odeur d’égout qui provient de la sale de bain. Nausée vertige. Petit déjeuner plus que décevant. Les photos sur le site de réservation et la réalité est bien différente. Lit double qui était enfaite deux lit simple collés. Pour accéder à la réception ou au petit déjeuner il faut quitter l’établissement.

Bon hôtel. Calme. Pour ma part manque un balcon, pour déjeuner ou manger dehors, mais c'est tout à fait faisable à l'intérieur. Télévision de très bonne qualité. Douche et wc correcte. Climatisation de très bonne qualité. Centre ville en 10 minutes. Litterie de grand confort.

Appart correct bien équipé.Il ne manquait que le fer a repasser. Le parking n'est pas grand mais il y a des places également disponible dans l’autre résidence. Manque de chance nous avons rencontré un problème de clim a l'arrivé...Plusieurs choix nous a été proposé ainsi que la liberté d'annuler si nous le voulions.Le parking et le petit dèj nous a été offerts. personnel au top et dispo. super.

Du fait de la chaleur pour ce sejour, la non mise en route de la climatisation manquait énormément car ouvrir les fenêtres avec la circulation de la route n'etait pas la meilleure solution pour passer une bonne nuit. Sinon appartement agréable.
