"Was soll man sagen?! Exzellent! Tolle Lage, Mega-Aussicht, super saubere und sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Poolbereich ist mit dem Blick auf den See und auf Monte Isola einmalig schön. Bei fast 40Grad Sommerhitze konnte man sich auf ein „Heimkommen“ ins wohl klimatisierte Domizil freuen. Vielen Dank an die beiden sehr sehr netten Gastgeber die auch immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen bezüglich der Wohnung oder auch der Umgebung bezüglich Ausflugszielen/Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben. Liebe Grüße!! ST"

"Das Appartement Dama im Casa del Comandante hat uns rundum begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet — man fühlt sich sofort wohl.• Die Klimaanlage sorgt auch an heißen Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen.• Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ideal, wenn man gern selbst kocht.• Die Betten sind ausgesprochen gemütlich und garantieren erholsamen Schlaf.• Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, jeweils mit Bidet; eines verfügt über eine Regendusche und beide haben eine LED-Farbwechselbeleuchtung, die für ein besonderes Wohlfühlerlebnis sorgt.• Praktisch: Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden.Ein großes Lob an Davide, unseren Vermieter: Er war täglich ansprechbar und hat sich herzlich um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert — sogar die Kaffeversorgung hat er übernommen. Das machte den Aufenthalt sehr persönlich und entspannt.Die Lage ist hervorragend:• Der See ist fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt einen kleinen Strand mit Strandbar.• Die Fähranleger nach Monte Isola und Iseo sind um die Ecke — perfekt für Tagesausflüge.• Ein kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden und eine verführerische Pasticceria liegen nur wenige Häuser entfernt.Summa summarum: Es hat an nichts gefehlt. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Pernice 77 and would definitely come back. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Iseo, with spectacular views and a peaceful setting just up the hill from the lake. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Having convenient on-site parking made it easy to explore the surrounding towns and return to the hotel without any hassle. The restaurant was a real standout. We ate there several times and it is one of, if not the best, places we dined at during our time in the region. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. A great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended if you're visiting the Lake Iseo area!"

"Luigi could not have been a better host. The apartment had a great view and a small balcony over looking the lake in the distance. Went in the pool once and sat outside under cover during a rain storm which was delightful. If you have a car the parking and entering and leaving the property can be tricky, but we worked it out with a full size car. We extended our stay and Luigi put us upstairs in the ‘attic’ which had an even better view. Lots to explore either on foot or in short day trips by car. The scenery is spectacular. We would stay again."

"Wonderful stay. Great location and views. Villa was very clean and well kept. Lake Iseo is much more calm and quiet than the other lakes in the area. It was the perfect staging area to explore the rest of the area."
