I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches.

Lovely Hotel

We stayed here just one night whilst commuting to Lake Garda. Lovely hotel, staff were really friendly & we had a junior suite which was fabulous. Pool area was lovely & clean although the pool was freezing but not complaining as it was welcomed with the blistering sun.

Overall the hotel was clean with good facilities. My only negative was that it did not appear that the room was vacuumed nor bedsheets changed every day. It was clean when we arrived and bed was made every day, but do not think they were changed. It is is away from Brescia but appears to be there for the local football stadium events. Great supermarket Essilunga is a short drive away

Amazing facilities and staff

Amazing staff around the hotel, cleaning Ladies and waiters in the restaurant. We never needed anything. The hotel was super dog friendly and staff all were very nice towards our dog. Thank you for that! Especially, two older gentlemen working at the hotel one with heritage from Korea or Japan (we presume) and a gentleman from Albania were nice and welcoming. My mother had a separate room and had an amazing cleaning lady (Ester) who was very nice. Pool opened 13:30 some days (maybe a bit late) and 11:00 some days. We can definitely recommend for a short stay (4-5 nights).

Not great not bad.

Nice hotel with a pool. Pool does not open before 1330 on monday to friday, annoying. Shower was a little small. Som of the water controls for the shower was loose. The controll for the bottom plug in the sink did not work, so it was closed all the time. Bed was ok. A bit to firm for my taste. Breakfast was Ok, not great, not bad. The hotel is very close to the metro. The swimming pool area was great when it actually was open .

Really enjoyed the cookie at the check-in and our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There was a strange smell each time we returned to the room, where the taps and shower hadn’t been in use, but overall a good stay. We really enjoyed the pool area and the staff were very hospitable
