"Needs a house/villa number on the outside to identify you are at the correct villa. There was no mention of all the bedrooms being upstairs. This would not be a child or elderly friendly place to stay. The villa was hot when we arrived, guess we expected the AC to be on. We had no hot water the first night but finally figured out how to turn it on. The nonslip mat in the shower was falling apart & needs replaced. Something under the entrance door to prevent lizards from entering would be helpful, we saw 3 different ones inside the villa. The decor was nice. Host was helpful with directions & photos."

"Linda very welcoming and responsive to our minor needs. Location excellent. Very Quiet. Apartment great for 2 and has pull out sofa also for a guest. 2 minute walk to excellent pool and Orient Beach. "

"Christian was a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. It was lovely being met at the property, particularly as we got in after dark, to be shown around and have things explained.The apartment is just lovely with everything you could need and the most beautiful view to wake up to each morning. It was a good distance away from Orient Bay village to be quiet but also a lovely 10 minute walk along the beach to get to shops, beach clubs and restaurants. They had lots of free parking onsite although we didn’t need it, Marlene the lovely taxi lady that Christian recommended took us everywhere we needed. Would highly recommend this beautiful place, hope to be back again. "

"We enjoyed throughly our week in St - Martin. We were greeted by a wonderful host and shown the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessities, it has a beautiful view with close beach access and a large pool, we never needed to rush for a lounge chair ( at the pool) or felt crowded and we used the 2 chairs provided in the apartment for the beach. We are a family of 4 travelling with teens, they shared a bed and washroom. I don’t think it would be suitable for 2 couples as it only has 1 shower but otherwise the space was large enough for our family. If you like the beach this location is amazing! "

"This trip certainly provided luxury and a story for the books! Maly, our host was amazing! From arriving to handling the events that took place in our extended stay, she was great! Due to the USA/Venezuelan conflict that happened during our last day there, Maly ensured a high level of communication on the airport situation and allowed us to extend our stay.The property is well suited for 7-8 adults, the views were incredible and we took in kayaking to the other islands. Well worth it!"
