"We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar. The spa was great, we enjoyed a few massages there and had a great time sunbathing at the thermal pool. I would suggest though that the hotel improves its signs in the spa because it’s a real labyrinth or show people around when they first get there. The « Grotta » was amazing - a one of the kind experience. You get to feel the real power and beauty of Nature. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Nous avons réservé dans cette établissement à la dernière minute afin de pouvoir pallier à une arrivée très tardive. Le personnel est super agréable et communique en français, anglais et italien. Les locaux sont récents et impeccables ! La chambre est super bien agencée et j'ai beaucoup apprécié le panneau de commande qui est très High tech 😊. Je garde un superbe souvenir de cette première nuit en Italie, d'autant plus qu'il s'agit d'un établissement 4 étoiles aux prix attractifs étant donné la localisation (on trouve beaucoup moins bien pour beaucoup plus cher à Florence / ! \"

"The two of us and our dog spent a wonderful week in Massimo's house, with a change of scenery guaranteed. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is completely immersed in nature without being isolated. Massimo was extremely kind and available, with very good advice for visiting the region. We just had a problem with the hot water and he came the same day to fix the problem. I would recommend without hesitation!"
