« Much better than expected. If I had a rental, this is how I would setup with all the amenities like a hotel from both bathrooms, to kitchen, to living rooms and the 2 bedrooms. The water station was icing on the cake. The decorations were spot on. The parking was indeed a pleasant surprise. Matt is obviously a very organized and pay attention to details owner! « My husband and I had business on LA Tech's campus. This house is only 30 minutes away. It was a great retreat in the evenings. The 11am checkout was nice as we were able to enjoy the property for a bit on check out day since we did not have to rush to leave. The house was clean and comfortable.
