My son found a half empty coke bottle and my daughter found another guest’s underwear. Sink had grime in it. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly. When I told the front desk they did not seem to care and stated they couldn’t refund me since I waited until night to report this. « I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered. »
