"It was listed as a 4 STAR HOTEL, but the room we were given was 2 star with a bathroom that had 10 square ft area, that had the sink, a toilet and a shower-head in it...we asked for another room but were told that because of a wedding there are no rooms available.
So we paid for a 4 star room and slept in a 2 star one, with spiders in the room."
