"Right on the beach! Friendly staff throughout. Great fun vibe. Room was great with balcony and front row view to amazing ocean sunset. Cindy bed, nice live seat, table and chairs. Great drinks and snacks at outdoor balcony bar… and more great morning /afternoon oxen’s viewing from there with couches seats and fire pits. Great if you don’t want to actually be in the sand yet enjoy the views. Lots of easy to walk to shops bars restaurants as well. "

"It was my first ever trip, where I had to plan everything and Ocean Palms made the whole experience great. It was a perfect 2 day night. It was clean, amenities were great, honestly it was a great first time!"

"Room was dusty and the sheets had some interesting transparent marks on them that you could see in the light. I didn't ask about that. The location was good. It was a good motel for the price. The parking was a little odd. The couple that were owners or managers were very nice. I liked that they allowed pets. You could actually hear the ocean at night if the window was open. That was an unexpected surprise since it wasn't on the beach. It's definitely an older hotel but served us well for the 2 nights we stayed there."

"Great location, reasonably priced room. Room was perfect size for 1-2. Nice bathroom, good shower. Minuses: too close to busy street, traffic all night. TV-terrible programming. Carpet leading to bathroom was wet. Tried setting the A/C & fan, no luck. And worst of all, there is a light right outside the front door beaming through the shutters and no way to block it. Did not even sleep very well."
