"Great spot on the Great Ocean Road, would stay there again without hesitation. We were offered early check in (but weren’t in town to take advantage), staff were lovely and friendly, park has great facilities (laundry, pool, all kinds of kids activities), cabin has all we needed and is a good layout, plus Aireys Inlet is a lovely spot. "Parking was ok. Bed was ok. Location was good. The facilities were very poor, not particularly clean and the reception stunk of cigarettes. The amenities consisted of a small plastic bowl, 2 spoons, one teaspoon and two knives and forks. No cooking utensils or sharp knife. No laundry facilities and despite putting our please clean our room sign out, we had nothing done and dirty towels still in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn't work. The place would have been ok in Vietnam or Cambodia but not acceptable for Australia "

"On street parking was plentiful and the check in process was smooth and very efficient. Our only concern was the size of the single beds in one room were tiny. I have never seen beds so skinny. These I assume were split from supposedly QS and a King bed, but that was highly improbable. Not enough of an issue to stop me staying there again. Overall a wonderful stay at this establishment."
