  • Fantastique nouvelle villa sud-ouest située à environ 10 minutes au sud du centre-ville de Moab. Vous pouvez vous asseoir à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur et profiter de la vue spectaculaire sur le Moab Rim et les montagnes de La Sal! L'unité dispose de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, garage 2 voitures. Nouvellement meublé et décoré avec goût. L'accès est facile car les clients ont reçu des codes pour accéder à l'unité et check-in / check-out est un jeu d'enfant.

Des équipements tels que des savons, des détergents, du papier toilette et des serviettes en papier sont fournis, mais pas remplis tout au long de votre séjour. Tous les draps, serviettes de bain et serviettes de piscine sont également fournis. Quatre matelas d'air jumeaux et des couvertures supplémentaires sont fournis. We love this property. Just as described, great communication with fast responses. Completely furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals daily. Loved having the garage for our jeeps after a day on the trails. The pool and hot tub were great too. Thank you!

We didn't expect the pool to open this early in the season. When it opened midweek, we were pleasantly surprised. The property was clean and convenient and the family had a great time. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Cindy's place! The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out, but could still be together for meals, games, and visiting. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the grill, and the fire pit. Would definitely stay again. Close to Arches and Moab.

Great Quiet Place to Stay

We (two adults and one 12 yo) enjoyed our stay in this condo. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and it was a great base to visit Arches and Canyonlands.

Excellent location!

The location is minutes from town in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is very close to the outdoor pool and hot tub. Great location for access to Arches, Canyonlands, and the Salt Flats.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean and Spacious Condo

Everything about this place was fantastic! Very clean, lovely decor, spacious bedrooms, beautiful view from the front and back, and even comfortable beds. The two car garage, two refrigerators, and washer and dryer were very convenient. Host was kind and helpful and so quick to communicate with us with a date change we requested. We had an excellent stay!

The thing that stood out the most was how well-stocked the house was. Swim towels, towels, shower items, and all kinds of things in the kitchen! In all the places we have stayed, I’ve never seen a kitchen with as many tools to cook as this one. It made making dinners a breeze.When we had a couple hiccups, the host was quick to respond and help us work through the situations.The only other thing I’d say worth noting is that the upstairs room with bunks gets awfully warm. There is a small fan available at the house; however, because there is no overhead fan in the room, it doesn’t cool it off much either. If you have the ability, you may consider bringing extra fans to put in the room to assist with cool down! We had a great stay!

Moab VRBO trip

We all had a great time! The kids used the soccer ball, we swam in the pool, safe area for the kids to ride their scooters, they played basketball, we barbecued, and the table could accommodate us all for meals and table games. It was a great location for grocery store runs, gas, downtown and to Arches National Park. Loved every minute of our trip to Moab. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable

This was my 3rd stay in a Rim village condo and this may be my favorite unit so far. The condo was stocked with everything we needed except food and was set up perfectly for 3 guys in town for a week of 4 wheeling. It is particularly useful to have the 1/2 bath on the lower level for use when downstairs or when both upper level bathrooms are occupied.

The condo was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. There was a problem with finding the actual address and the auto key system to get in but once resolved we were fine. The bedroom at the back needed more air conditioning or a ceiling fan since it was very hot during our visit to the area.

Near Moab

Nice property...had some carpet staining reported to the manager. Upstairs rooms were warm. No ceiling fans in other rooms other than master bedroom. Nice there was a garage to park. Cindy was very helpful in making recommendations of where to eat which were excellent. Great host! Highly recommend for breakfast Jailhouse Cafe as we ate there everyday.

Perfect condo to enjoy all the sites in Moab

Moab is one of our favourite locations for either Spring or Fall mountain biking. For a great spin ride the bike path from town out to the turn off to Dead Horse Point State Park and find some awesome trails on the way back. The best part after a great day of fun is to come back home to this great VRBO. The location just outside of town is quiet and relaxing. The condo is perfectly appointed with all the comforts of home. Need anything Cindy is a great hostess! Only there if you need her! Highly recommend and look forward to our next adventure in Moab and staying in this condo. One recommendation if you are looking to go to the Arches State Park make a reservation early in your booking. We thought about going one afternoon- nope - entry ticket available two months after our stay!

Great all around!

This property was great for our week long stay in Moab. It was 4 adults and 5 kids. The bunk bed room was great for the kids and we liked that the one bunk bed was a double bed so two kids could sleep on the bottom together. The location was great - just south of town but near everything in Moab. The neighborhood seemed like all rental properties and since it was 4th of July weekend, it was a bit busy, but not noisy or obnoxious. Having access to the pool was a game changer after hot days out and about. Cindy responded quickly to minor trouble we had with the key lock when we first got there and it was fixed without delay. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals, plenty of plates and utensils that we could go multiple meals a day before having to run the dishwasher. Definitely would recommend if planning a trip to Moab.
