• ND and St. Mary’s College events: Parent’s weekend, graduation weekend, orientation / move in weekend, SMC Senior Dads, SMC Junior Moms, upcoming concerts at the stadium

We are always available to answer any questions or provide assistance before, during, or after your stay. Virtual communication available with ourselves or Lacey, our local co-host manager. She can be available on site for any issues and can help coordinate solutions or additional amenities that may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Either the hosts or co-hosts will be available via text during your stay.
Nestled on a corner lot in a tranquil neighborhood, our property is just minutes West of Notre Dame campus. Explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking or a short driving distance. Sidewalks run throughout the neighborhood leading to the shops and a route to campus can be carved out to avoid walking on the street!
Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard, besides a few locked doors for storage.

Safety and Security:
Your safety is our priority, and our property is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, secure smart lock front door, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, Ring doorbell, and security cameras.

House Rules:
• We kindly request no smoking on the property.
• Check-in time is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am, with the possibility of early check-in and late check-out for a fee and based on availability.
• Quiet hours are observed to respect the neighbors so please no loud music or large groups outside after 10pm
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Unwind in our three separate bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6 total, each thoughtfully designed to provide ultimate comfort.
- The King (sleeps 2),
- The Queen (sleeps 2)
- The Twins (2 - sleeps 1 each)

The house also features 1.5 bathrooms that were recently updated for added convenience, all located on the main level.

The entire home was recently designed and furnished by a local South Bend interior designer, to bring its full beauty and comfort to your service!
- The first-floor living space is cozy and inviting, perfect for group gatherings, equipped with thoughtfully curated furniture and a large 65" TV.
- The beautifully designed and furnished bedrooms offer a great place to rest your head and unwind
- The skylight in the kitchen brings in sunshine and airiness that radiates through to the dining area with large table enough to seat 8.
- Additional entertainment and relaxation spaces can be found in the basement, complete with comfortable seating, board games, a SmartTV, and a foosball table!

Plenty of greenspace awaits nestled in the private backyard surrounded by a combination of white privacy fencing and beautiful landscaping.
