House Rules

- Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain with the group throughout the stay.
- No smoking or vaping.
- No pets. No exceptions.
- A signed rental agreement is required before arrival information will be provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
- A $500 refundable security deposit is required if you wish to use the golf cart. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- The golf cart is provided as a complimentary amenity. While we make every effort to have it available, unforeseen maintenance or mechanical issues can occur. If the golf cart is unavailable during your stay, no refunds will be issued.
