« I normally enjoy a Staybridge stay, but a few things were off this trip. Cleanliness was a concern including hair in the shower, a dirty Q-tip on the floor, and pajamas left in a drawer. The hotel was changing cable providers, so there was no tv at all which would have been nice to know. The front desk tried calling someone out to have it connected. We were told a technician was to come at 10:30 pm, but they didn’t show up. »

« The hotel was so so... there was some dirt in the corners of the room and in the mini fridge. There was a note written to... who I assume was the last people that stayed in the room. It was clean enough, but not clean enough to make me wanna come back. The pool was ICE cold. We used it as a cold plundge and the hot tub was the temp of a warm bath. The shower sucked as it had zero pressure, so I could not wash my hair. The breakfast was okay. Honestly, it was okay if you like the price, but...

« I don’t the area it is not cleaned and maintained. We love going for staycation but this one is really gross. The linens are dirty and not well laundered. The towels still have with a lot of stains. The breakfast is fine, the service is so-so. I hope they can improve. »

« Windows needed cleaning in our room… dirty fingerprints etc & blue painters tape on window… bathroom floor seemed “soft” and creaked. »

« I appreciated getting a noon checkout, thank you Terri. The new remodel looks nice. The room was comfortable and served our needs well. The breakfast room was really nice remodeled. The breakfast was just OK. »
