« This townhome was perfect for our week stay while waiting on the new home. The neighborhood is really nice with lots of nature and golf. We saw lots of deer, birds and a beaver that lives in the pond behind the unit. The townhome is very spacious with lots of great closet space. Host was always responsive to messages within minutes or hours. I highly recommend this rental for a quiet and relaxing stay. »

« We brought our two dogs with us. This property was on the ground floor and was just perfect. The accommodations were just right with plenty of room for all guests. The location was just minutes from the stadium. The only concern was that the bathroom doors didn't latch for privacy . . . but we managed. We would rent this place again! Thank you. It was a real nice stay. »

« Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back. »
