This beautiful home is nestled in a peaceful Glendale neighborhood next to the MKE River, yet it is only a 13 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. The large yard is relaxing and full of trees, and has a rainbow play set. It is the perfect stay for a up to 7 adults or families of up to 9 including kids. The home is 83 years old and full of charm, but that also means that there are creaky floors, and some outdated features. Many updates have been made here at our It's our primary residence.
The space
Guests are welcome in all indoor and outdoor spaces - which includes the living room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, dinette, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, finished basement and laundry room. The front and back yard (.66 acres) with the rainbow play set.
Guest access
All areas of the home are accessible by the guests with the exception of the garage, and a portion of the basement that is locked.
Other things to note
The basement was recently finished with a bonus bedroom and rec space.
