The Broadkill Store, located just down the street, has sandwiches, breakfast pastries and mouthwatering milk shakes! Owner is leaving some beach chairs and sand toys for your use. The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
