-No smoking, events, parties or large gatherings.
-Dogs allowed with 250 non refundable deposit for up to 2 dogs, weight limit restrictions. No pets on furniture. Must be crated when unsupervised.
-Must be 21 to book
-Photo ID may be required upon check in
-Guests have access to the property's boat dock, may not use boat lift. Boats should be no longer then 25 ft in length. Tie ropes are not provided and guests will need to provide their own.
-Kayaks, life jackets, are paddles are to be placed back in the areas you found them, if anything missing you will be responsible for replacement.
