"The outside in the lobby of the hotel is really nice. Professional staff. Not enough parking if you’re going to be in town for an event and unless I missed it, I was not expecting to pay $30 to park overnight after paying $170 for a room. Rooms are not the cleanest and they’re outdated."

"Restaurant at hotel was a little pricey. The parking is small and charged a daily rate. If you don’t have to driving around it’s great. Coming and go was a little annoying though. Overall, experience was great. Clean hotel, decent rooms. Didn’t need anything during our stay. Would stay again"

"Overpriced parking ($60 per night - Mar 2026), small beds in rooms, small refrigerator in room, no microwave in rooms, must have key card to access elevator, staff were rude. This hotel does however offer easy access to Newark Penn Station subway, and had several good choices open during portions of the day. The restaurant onsite was very expensive and did not offer many choices. The parking is quoted as covered parking, however, there was limited garage parking, the rest was outside. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but they were doubles and staff indicated that rollaway beds were not allowed in a double room, despite them being available. When I called the hotel prior to arrival to ask a question, the staff had NO IDEA if the hotel offered in/out privileges to its guests. Its just very frustrating when you spend a decent amount of money for a nice hotel and you get mediocre service/facility. I expected more from a Hilton. "

"Staff is super rude. You show up to do the check in and the staff acts like it’s your fault they have no system and they never seem to have your reservation in their system. Long story short, had to go to a different hotel after waiting for 2 hours for nothing."

"It appears that shuttle is picking up at each terminal. That was not clear on website. Breakfast was ok, not great, not bad"
