The description was a little misleading, says 1 1/2 baths but the half bath was actually just an exposed toilet under the basement stairs; no walls or door for privacy. The only issue we had was it was comfortable in the downstairs and cold in the upstairs in the evening so we needed an extra blanket to sleep . The steps in/out of the house could foreseeably be an issue for someone who has knee or balance problems. The home was just right for us for a quick visit in town. »
