Relax in the adjacent Living Room or venture downstairs where you will find an additional living space with large TV, the garden level is perfect for watching your favorite family movie or cheering on your home team. Don't forget to stock up the beverage center for your added convenience.

    A manicured landscaping surrounds this beautiful beach house making for the perfect outdoor space. Enjoy the fire pit with your marshmallows and classic stories under the stars, or the front porch with your feet up and fresh brewed coffee in your cup.

    Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

    4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

    Siesta Sunrise rents for a 7 night minimum with check-in and check-out on Sunday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).

The house was perfect for our family! The kitchen was very well equipped! We loved the corner lot and wooded area behind us. It was also a plus to be so near the park for our little girls. The only negative was that the carpet was extremely dirty.

Perfect long weekend

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for 3 families and was close to the Indiana and Michigan dunes. We used the tennis, basketball court, and pool in the community which kept the kids and adults happy.

Siesta Sunrise provided a fantastic location. The house was perfect for three generations to stay comfortably and enjoy their time together. The golf cart was an added bonus that made it convenient to visit friends, go to the pool or the cafe.

Perfect Family Getaway at Siesta Sunrise

It comfortably fit all 13 of us and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. There was plenty of seating around the firepit for s’mores, and the overflow parking lot was just a short walk away for our extra cars. Our kids loved cruising around the resort in the golf cart and spent hours swimming, fishing, and using the boats!The only downside was that the house could use a little end-of-season TLC. The carpet has definitely seen better days and probably needs replacing, and the floors left our socks pretty dirty.Still, we absolutely loved the space and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun place to stay!

Love the location as it's in back of property and private and quiet.

We very much liked the open layout of the kitchen and great room area It was conducive to us all being together. We are a group of nine; five siblings and spouses. We love the house and the arrangement. There are a few things to note. First, one of the benches at kitchen table was sticky and when we wiped it, dark like dirt came off. However, believe it was not stained properly and was residue from that. Second, in the basement, the bunkbeds room closest to the bathroom would benefit if there were a single bed and a bunkbed rather than two bunkbeds. An 80-year-old single stayed in that room...and it was difficult for her to get in and out of the bunk. She stayed in that room because it was closest to bathroom.

The only drawbacks were 1) the living area was not conducive to everyone being seated comfortably, but there really isn't anything that could be done, except the 3 extra chairs could be more comfortable. 2) could have been some bigger pots for cooking (was making pasta) and there were a lot of us so I needed a bigger pot. The tv downstairs was only for gaming, would hav been nice to be able to use as a tv. Overall it was a great home to stay in, we had a big group.

Siesta Sunrise was almost Perfect

Reviewer Comments: Very satisfied except for table, benches and counter tops in kitchen area which were only surface cleaned and had a sticky layer of dirt that we had to go over and thoroughly clean. We found out afterwards that the beach area and Lake water was "contaminated". Signs and taped off areas were down and covered with sand. How can Beachwalk let people not tell that they should not use lake and stay away from water as it was contaminated. Fishing and Paddle boats, kayaks, etc. should have been closed if water was contaminated! House was generally clean except for kitchen. Linens were clean. The exterior needed some attention with mold and mildew that needed to be power washed. Enjoyed house with 7 adults and 5 children from 4 to 12 years old. Children used all the facilities offered. Golf cart was helpful and used frequently to get around. The park was a block away and the kids did play there several times. I had addressed some issues while we were there and I emailed Beachwalk twice and spoke to person in the office when we checked out, who said she would talk to management, and they would get back with me and they never did!!!

Girls Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Myself and four of my girlfriends visited Siesta Sunrise for my 37th birthday. None of us had ever been to Beachwalk Resort. We all fell in love, and all said we wanted to take our families back in the near future. The resort had a key west vibe. Lake Kai was right there, and Lake Michigan just a short walk away. The golf cart was an added bonus, which we enjoyed riding around on. We enjoyed the resort’s coffee shop each morning, and a morning walk on the beach. Off the resort, we enjoyed the breweries and shopping at the outlet mall, which included 81 stores. The staff at check in was professional and helpful. We had a minor maintenance issue with the blinds at check in, and the staff were quick to respond and fix the problem.

Quiet corner home, but needs some deep cleaning

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, tucked away in the back of the resort. Although it was a corner lot, this wasn’t too disturbing. It abuts next to a wooded lot, which was peaceful to hear the summer sounds at night. Nice amenities: fishing poles, mini fridge in basement, extra beach chairs and basketballs onsite. I would select another home for the following reasons: The living room couch and chairs were all covered in unknown stains, the carpet on the basement stairs was grey, but now brown and stained, the kitchen table seating was extremely sticky, possibly cleaned with the wrong product, walking in from the front porch would turn the bottom of your feet black, I’m not sure when that’s been cleaned last, showers have visible mold, staying in the basement rooms- every step someone takes on the first floor sounds like they’re stomping around, the parking pad is also your patio, so if you want to enjoy the patio, you need to park in overflow (1 block away).

Our family with young grands kids had a great time!

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The firepit and chairs and grill provided a great place to relax at the end of the day. We liked being a little secluded at the resort, yet close enough to walk everywhere. The new playground is very nice. We loved hanging out on the porch and in the family room/kitchen area.

Outstanding home for a family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 15 (10 adults, 5 children) all really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Sunrise. The home was plenty big enough for our group - the kitchen was large and stocked well for cooking, the table was large enough and had seating for most of us. No complaints at all with the kitchen. The home was very clean and having a full bathroom for each bedroom was awesome. Most of our party thought the beds were comfortable, except the adults who had to sleep in the bunk beds. They thought the beds were uncomfortable. Also, the master king bed was extremely firm and very uncomfortable for me and my husband. Overall though, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. There really isn't an area big enough for the whole family to gather - the "family room" only has one long couch which seats about 5-6 people and shares the space with the kitchen (see pictures) so others can sit on the bench which isn't too comfortable for relaxing for an evening, and the downstairs has a very small family area which didn't get used much because we all wanted to spend our time together. Other than those issues, we did enjoy Siesta Sunrise, but will be staying next year at a different home that has more to offer for a large family in terms of more family space and things to do for the kids. It is very close to the playground which the kids really enjoyed.

This was a nice location for toddlers and young kids, close to the playground.

Nicely appointed. Did not like having very small washer and dryer in kitchen, very hot and noisy. This would not be rental for just adults. Table in kitchen close to cooking area. One couch but no other seating area except benches in the main room. 1 chair in entire house. House smaller than what it appears in pictures. Would be nice to have square footage to know how big the rooms are. Beachwalk is lovely, walking distance to beach. Pool and lake very nice. Kids loved fishing. Would return, probably look for a different house with a better great-room layout. Overall a wonderful vacation with our entire family.

Great stay in Beachwalk!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was super nice - new, clean, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Three basement bedrooms worked great for group of kids. Golf cart was a bonus and a must at this location. This house is further from the beach but it's quieter and less traffic because it backs up to the woods. I totally recommend this house.
