« The room was clean, but the halls and room were musty smelling, it was humid and rainy, which I’m sure contributed to the smell. I think the hotel needs a new ventilation system. The hotel was in a rundown area of town, most restaurants were shut down.
The worst part was Friday when we arrived, Hilton had a world wide computer outage and it took over 5 hours for us to be checked into our room. There has to be a better way than to make people wait that long to get into a room after traveling all...
