The Condo was recently renovated with new white and gold finishes for a luxurious yet relaxing feel. New LED lights were installed to allow you to set the ambiance of the unit at night. Smart TVs, Washer and dryer, new appliances, King size bed, pull-out sofa, free access to gym, pool and Free Parking! But the highlight of them all is the oversized balcony with patio furniture all while glancing at our beautiful Biscayne Bay. Amenities offered gym pools laundry room Free parking. The Condo offers King bed in the bedroom Modular full-size bed in the Bedroom Sofa that turns into a queen bed in living room Bathroom with toiletries. Washer and dryer Walk in Closet There are two smart TVs free WiFi Apartment is on the 15th floor \- Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna \- Chill area throughout the 14th floor \- Gym \- Business Center \- WiFi \- Room service at an additional charge \- valet parking We won\`t meet in person to exchange keys, but full instructions will be given the day before check-in. This is in the heart of Brickell right on Brickell Bay Dr! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and more. Most people walk around Brickell since everything is a short commute.
