Tides is so completely, good location, good atention amd the parking is most important thing has the apart for price. Apartment was so comfy, beautiful view to the ocean and the owner attention very good.

Condition of the room is very poor and not as nice as the pictures portray. Apartment is in desperate need of repair which matches the building which is also very old and dated. We experienced a long week with no sleep due to the pipes that hummed and whistled every two minutes 24hrs a day, No outlet covers, faulty outlets that did not work or shut the lights off when you plugged them in, zip tie for a cabinet knob, stained furniture, very uncomfortable beds, no bedding or blankets for pullout, elevators out of service and can only hold 5 people or you will get stuck so we resorted to using the stairs, oven has to be the original, shower missing drain and tarnished and rusted, pool and beach are nice. Owner is nice but was not able to fix any concerns during our stay and didn’t take responsibility for the condition of the apartment, only offered a late check out or an early checkout as compensation for our uncomfortable stay. Finding a new place on the beach for a family of five during Spring Break was not in the cards.
