Before I even arrived, the host company had me jumping through several hoops to even get the check in information. I had to go through a verification which involved me sending a picture with me holding my id. I sent it to two different phone numbers without success before they just finally requested it by email which is what I originally asked if I could do. Then upon checking in the unit smelled damp, the scent would come and go depending on how well the air conditioner was working. The master bedroom air conditioner was on but not cooling from the very first day. I messaged the host and their recommendation was to flip the circuit breaker, which didn’t help at all so we had to sleep in the heat. The sink in the front bathroom became clogged however there was no way to release the plug. The last disappointment was the washer/dryer in the unit. The dryer was missing all 3 of the prongs inside that assist the clothes with separation and drying properly. Not one but all three were gone, therefore our clothes never dried no matter how long and how many cycles we left them in the dryer for. Very frustrating with 3 little children. ##### Marica D.
